Whilst organisations may be at different stages in this journey, many of the challenges they face are the same: How should we be organised? How do we get the best out of new technology? Member expectations, regulatory and cost pressures will continue to drive major change in the Pensions sector. More flexible operations, better member journeys, lower cost servicing and faster client onboarding will be essential.

Investments

Energy & Utilities

The Energy and Utilities sector is undergoing significant structural change. This will require operations to flex and adapt to meet new market and regulatory expectations. Investing in the design and implementation of agile operations will be key to this evolution.

Russ Dickinson

Russ Dickinson

Managing Director

Russ has spent his career studying and working in the field of operations design, management and transformation. Initially in the FMCG sector, gaining experience in high pressure operational roles, before moving into operations consulting. In 2012 he moved to Financial Services, running large transformations for clients in banking, insurance and pensions, progressing to run the EMEA consulting practice for a medium sized consulting firm. C3T is the third chapter in Russ' career, creating a firm of service operations specialists focused on client value and results. Outside of work he enjoys a variety of sports including skiing, rowing and cycling, as well as supporting Nottingham Forest.

After an initial career in the FMCG and food manufacturing industries, Hervé moved to management consulting in 2000, where he worked across the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. In 2004 he joined a leading operations consulting firm and was part of the leadership team which grew the business and sold it in 2018. Following integration he was MD of the UK consulting business for a global consulting firm, before co-founding C3T. He has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services. Outside work, you might see (and hear) him play the guitar in a rock covers band.
